_{Reservations are held with 25% deposit via Cash or Charge Card . HST room Room taxes of 13% are additional. Reservations may be made by telephone or email.

Cancellation

_{Cancellation may be received up to 7 days prior to reserved date. 15% administration fee for cancellations under 7 days. If cancellation occurs with 48 hours a 50% charge will occur (at discretion of management)}

Children/Pets/Smoking

_{Children are welcome but parents will be held accountable for any damage that should be incurred. Penstowe is most suitable for adults; We are to accommodate small to medium dogs up to 35lbs.We have two resident dogs, Leesa and Saide who are both non allergenic and do not shed. Penstowe Bed and Breakfast has a Non Smoking policy, however smoking is permitted in the outer gardens area.}
